Tulip 'Blushing Apeldoorn' is a hardy bulb, producing a tall plant with a single golden yellow flower atop each stem. Each petal is flushed with a bright orange hue near the base, while the edging is a darker shade of orange, creating in a warm and vibrant glow for the flower.

Blushing Apeldoorn is a group 4 darwin hybrid tulip, characterised by growing back each year with very large flowers.

This plant is very hardy and will grow back each year in most conditions, but will prefer a moist, well drained soil in a sunny area.
